The United Nations International School of Hanoi (UNIS Hanoi) is a not-for-profit coeducational English-language day school, located in Ciputra, Hanoi, enrolling students from Early Years (3- year-olds) through to Grade 12. The School follows the ideals and principles of the United Nations
in action every day. UNIS Hanoi is authorized by the Ministry of Education in Vietnam, accredited by the Council of International Schools, the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and the International Baccalaureate Organization. It is administered by the Head of School, Jane
McGee and governed by a ten-member Board of Directors.

2. The Project/Dự án
The goal of the project is to provide furniture and fixtures for classrooms and other identified spaces on the UNIS campus. The scope of services includes meeting with the client and stakeholders, developing basic floor plans showing each furniture item selected, and developing both placement and, in some cases, design drawings based on meetings with stakeholder that can be given to manufacturers to reproduce for delivery and installation. The scope of services further includes the development of the projected and final costs for all items, the coordination of the delivery and the oversight of the installation of all items, as well as the project close out including developing and coordinating the completion of the punch list and reviewing any and all final invoices prior to submission to the client.
