Focuses on developing a mid-term comprehensive strategy and implementation roadmap with concrete activities and targets and objective indicators. Partner clusters will develop a mid-term comprehensive strategy at cluster level focusing on internationalization and public procurement in target countries. Following this, we will consolidate the individual cluster strategies into one full joint strategy developed for all the partner clusters and extensively for COSMENERG-4i. Partner clusters will meet in three international brainstorming workshops organised at the premises of each partner cluster (Hungary, Poland and Serbia).
We will also invite partners from target countries to come to the third international brainstorming workshop in the framework of one hosted fact-finding mission. We will also organise an international webinar targeting partners, EU clusters, and related organisations in the ecosystem of the partner clusters and COSMENERG-4i to present the fully-fledged internationalisation strategy and implementation roadmap.
We build GREENERG-PRO on the concept of developing an internationalisation strategy and implementation roadmap with the view of enhancing the skills of the partner clusters’ management and their members (SMEs) in the field of international public procurement and concretely in four target markets through the development of a new tool for alerts and newsletter digest and settingup a permanent joint department to provide permanent and continuous technical support and assistance to members in internationalisation and access to third markets in the field of public procurement built upon the already existing permanent jointly developed services in internationalisation and access to third markets and the joint internal workflow.
