"Reshaping the Energy Industry: Action for Transition"

OMC is continuing the energy debate  while preparing for its 30th anniversary next May 2023.

OMC Med Energy  will be at Cop 27 in Sharm El Sheikh next 6-18 November within the framework of the Mediterranean Pavilion organized by Union for the Mediterranean and will stage three sessions on:

  • Toward a Euro-Mediterranean green-new deal. The crucial role of a Mediterranean partnership
  • The crucial role of a Mediterranean partnership – Reaching net zero in the Mediterranean with CO2 capture and storage
  • The crucial role of a Mediterranean partnership – Renewables energy

Not only the contents of COP26 and COP27 will be at the heart of the strategic panel sessions of the next OMC Med 2023.  Renewables and new energies alongside with natural gas to achieve the climate agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)  are among the main issues of the next OMC 2023.

The need for partnerships and multi-stakeholder collective actions move OMC Med Energy to investigate  and facilitate alliances with the energy intensive industry, the so called the hard-to-abate sectors,  to further enrich the debate on sustainable energy and sustainable growth.

Whether you will join the conference technical sessions or you will choose to exhibit your products and services, do not miss the opportunity to be part of the energy industry roadmap!
