Developing a fully-fledged internationalisation strategy and implementation roadmap aimed at a long-term cooperation agenda to further upscale already existing joint internationalisation services at COSMENERG-4i in the field of public procurement targeting Israel, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Singapore.

Reinforcing partner clusters’ collaboration in internationalisation and access to third markets with additional tools and human resources to enhance joint technical assistance and support for members and to substantiate new green business opportunities in the field of public procurement in the target countries.

Further developing synergies on the already existing relations with partner organisations in target countries, further developing long-term collaboration partnerships and agreements, and extending them to cover public procurement, for the acquisition of business deals and new opportunities in public procurement in the target countries for the benefit of partner clusters’ members, COSMENERG-4i, and the extended community.

About Project

Our project proposal ‘GREENERG-PRO - Boosting untapped green business development in public procurement in the Middle East and Asia’ addresses fully the challenge of the call COS-PPOU-2020- 2-03 ‘Supporting European SMEs to participate in public procurement outside the EU’. We have planned a set of integrated actions and activities ensuring the sustainability of the results after the lifespan of the project. Partner clusters will implement activities to improve their members (SMEs) access to public procurement opportunities in Israel, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Singapore. We have also planned activities to enhance partner clusters’ capacities to provide better and more targeted support to members preparing them to become aware and understand and build knowledge on public procurement opportunities and frameworks in the target markets.
